Practice Policies

ILLNESS POLICY & COVID-19 SAFETY

The health and wellbeing of our clients and practitioners is our top priority. If you currently or have recently had any respiratory, flu or cold symptoms including fever, chills, nasal drainage/congestion, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or shortness of breath, you are you are required to reschedule your appointment for a date at least 14 days in the future.

SCHEDULING

Services are scheduled by appointment only via online booking or calling/texting us at (321)506-9898.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

There will be no penalty if you wake up with cold or flu symptoms or have a fever and need to cancel the day of your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will waive the cancellation fee, but because of your illness, you will be need to reschedule your massage for 2 weeks from that time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text the office at (321) 506-9898. If we don't answer, leave your information on our voice mail.

Cancellations made via email or replied back to your text appointment reminder are not accepted. Prepaid appointments will be transferred to credit to be used at a later date if the appointment is cancelled outside of the 24 hour required notice.

Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees in the full amount of the scheduled service.

24-Hour Advance Notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you have credit on your account (pre-paid sessions, gift certificates), the full amount of your session will be paid from your account.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds.

If, for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact the office, and we will promptly address your concerns so that you may continue to be a satisfied client.

Again, prepaid appointments cancelled outside of our 24 hour policy will be issued a credit in the full amount to be used for any future appointments.

NO-SHOWS

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full amount for that session. This amount must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment. If there is credit remaining on your account (prepaid sessions, gift certificates, etc), the full amount of the missed session will be paid from your account.

PAYMENT

Full payment can be made online at the time of booking OR Cash at the time of service. We also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

ARRIVING LATE

If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time.

Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.

AGE REQUIREMENT

We do not provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Please inform us at time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us & some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.

COMMUNICATE YOUR PREFERENCES

Be sure to speak up. All aspects of your session can be modified to your preference: pressure (too light or too deep), lighting in the room, style of music, temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence.

It is your choice to talk to your therapist or remain quiet throughout your session. Your therapist will follow your lead and mirror your decision. There are times that your therapist may need to speak to you to have you reposition, request feedback on pressure, or explain a finding.

CELL PHONE USAGE

In our effort to maintain a relaxing & tranquil atmosphere for clients, we ask that all cell phones be silenced or turned off upon entering our office.

INSURANCE

We do not accept insurance at this time.

FRAGRANCE-FREE POLICY

Recognizing that some of our practitioners and clients have sensitivities and/or allergic reactions to various synthetic fragrances, we have a Fragrance-Free Policy.

In an effort to create the healthiest environment possible for everyone, we request that you refrain from wearing perfume, scented lotions, body sprays or other similar products while at our center (more specifically: any product that emits a distinctly noticeable scent).
